AIOS Privacy Policy
Effective October 15, 2026
Who uses AIOS
AIOS is a private tool used only by its owner. It is not offered to the public. The only Google accounts it connects to are the owner's own.
What it accesses
When the owner signs in and grants access, AIOS can read email messages, labels, and settings in that Google account, and can add labels, drafts, and copies of the owner's own sent messages. It only has the access the owner approves on Google's sign-in screen.
How the data is used
- To sort and label the owner's email by which of his accounts it was sent to.
- To keep his conversations complete by adding copies of his own sent messages.
- To summarize messages and draft replies when the owner asks for that.
To summarize or draft, message content may be sent to an AI service (Anthropic or Google), only to complete the task the owner asked for.
Storage and sharing
Sign-in tokens and working data are kept on the owner's own computer. Data is not sold, not shared with advertisers, and not shared with anyone other than the AI services named above.
Removing access
Access can be removed at any time from myaccount.google.com/permissions.
